Who is REB?
The REB initials are simply derived from name of the Proprietor - Robin E. Burnage.
Robin is a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents, and is a committee member of the local NAEA branch which helps organise training and support for other NAEA members.
The business started from small beginnings in 1996 when Robin started to develop a portfolio of his own rental properties. REB Letting was started in 2002 when friends asked Robin to let out and look after their home when they moved abroad. This property has been successfully let and managed since that time.
Through word of mouth recommendation came several enquiries. Soon a second property was taken on and again is still let and managed by REB Letting.
Further enquries led very quickly to the decision to offer services for landlords as a full time business.
Our first high street office was opened early in 2004, with the move to much larger premises the following year. We now let and manage a large portfolio of rental property from our Rhuddlan Office.
The end of 2007 brought the introduction of Residential Sales, Commercial Sales and Commercial Lettings.
We feel that we offer the same personal service and dedication to quality advice that we did from the start. The only difference now is that we offer more services that are expected of a mature professional property business.
