Fees for Estate Agency Services
Package 1 - Percentage based
Our standard fee for selling residential property is 1.5% + VAT of the sale price based on Sole Agency with a For Sale board at the property. Fee payable upon exchange of contracts.
Package 2 - Credit Crunching Fixed Fee!
Up-front advertising fee of £250.00 VAT to include full colour half page feature advert in the local press, premium displays on Rightmove.co.uk. and the opportunity to co-advertise with an associated Estate Agent.
Selling fee of £745.00 + VAT fee payable on exchange of contracts.
Fixed fee offer available until further notice.
Don't forget that you are currently required to book a HIP for any property being newly marketed for sale. REB Estates can arrange a HIP for as little as £299 + VAT.
