We are a privately owned and run independent Estate Agency based in Rhuddlan, North Wales. The Principal / Proprietor has been involved in residential property since 1996 and is a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) as well as a Committee member of the North Wales and Cheshire branch.
We currently offer property for sale in the North Wales Counties of Denbighshire, Flintshire and Conwy. From our offices in Rhuddlan we have quick access to surrounding towns of Rhyl, Prestatyn, St. Asaph and further along the A55 corridor.
Being members of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) and Ombudsman for Estate Agents Scheme (OEA) our services adhere to nationally recognized standards and codes of conduct that protect the interests of all parties.
